Grab those bunny ears and baskets and join Society Dog for its annual Spring extravaganza featuring the famous doggie egg hunt a train ride on the Billy Jones Wildcat with your pooch, special food treats & refreshments for both dogs and people, interactive games involving you and your dog, and more! This is one of the most popular of events and will be considered a fundraiser for the club this year. The club has been known to help other dog organizations through event funds. Consider parking for free on University Ave or come prepared pay for parking in the park lot. Questions about the event or membership? Be sure to call or email us. The entire family is welcome to join us for this event. (Please note that there will be no refunds for this event.) Society Dog, a social club for dog lovers, hosts this great event for dog lovers in the beautiful, dog-friendly town of Los Gatos. This event is 2nd in popularity to the annual Howling Halloween, also held for dog lovers in Los Gatos. Society Dog originated in Los Gatos in 1999 and continues to host many unique events that continue to entertain dog lovers from all over the Bay Area. One of the main-stays of the club is its weekly group dog walks in Los Gatos and Willow Glen and occasionally other Bay Area locations. Socialization and exercise in a safe environment for both dogs and people is the focus of the walks. Walks are typically followed by a no-host "Yappy Hour". Society Dog is particularly known for its lime-green party machine (the Society Dog bus) that can be seen promoting the club in many locations. Society Dog is a very welcoming on-leash community inviting well-socialized dogs of all sizes and breeds.
